Crispy Baked Pasta with Mushrooms & Sausage in a Parmesan Cream Sauce

This was a Serious Eats recipe thank you

Started with Ground Sausage we used 16 oz the recipe calls for 8 oz. We think it’s a typo

Also we found our Broiler was too high so keep an eye on your Broil time. We pulled ours out early and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at the end. The kids could not get enough of this.

Christine described it as upgraded hamburger helper. It kind of was just not nearly as salty.
